Blueberry Cream Pie
1 stick of unsalted Butter (Not Margarine) softened
1 (8oz) pkg. Cream Cheese softened
1 can Condensed Milk
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained
¼ chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Fold in ½ of Cool Whip. Spread evenly in piecrust. Spread even layer of berries. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Option #1: May substitute any other type berry for blueberries.
Option #2: May substitute Chunk Pineapple, drained for blueberries.
Option #3: May substitute Banana slices for blueberries.
Option #4: May use a combination of fruits or berries instead of blueberries.
