Stories about their love for cooking, and much more.

Blueberry Cream Pie

Blueberry Cream Pie

1 stick of unsalted Butter (Not Margarine) softened
1 (8oz) pkg. Cream Cheese softened
1 can Condensed Milk
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained
¼ chopped pecans (optional)


Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Fold in ½ of Cool Whip. Spread evenly in piecrust. Spread even layer of berries. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Honey-Bun Cake

Honey-Bun Cake

1 Yellow Cake Mix
4 eggs
¾ Cup oil
1 Cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 lb powdered Sugar
1 Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup evaporated milk
½ tsp vanilla



Directions:
Mix together Cake mix, sour cream, eggs and oil. Pour half of batter in greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix together in a separate bowl; brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake batter in pan.
